Chilis Restaurants

Chilis restaurants have been going through a renovation stage and we are proud to say were a part of it.  The restaurants are getting new interiors in addition to their exterior face lifts.  We have worked on Chilis all over the state.  From Jacksonville to Miami.  We look forward continuing to work on the upcoming projects in the years to come.

Park Plaza Apartments

This is an apartment community located in south Florida.  We replaced 70,000sf of torchdown with a BUR system.  The roofing went along with the renovation of the buildings.

Racquet Club Building 3

Building Features: This 75,000 square foot, three-story multi-tenant condo building is located in Weston, Florida. This condo complex is getting a complete renovation.  It started with us removing 250,000 square feet of pitch roofing.  We installed a 5 ply BUR system in its place. Completed in August of 2008.

Sawgrass

This is 367,000 square foot shopping plaza. It was a new construction project.  Estimated completion  in November 2009
