We specialize in commercial properties.  We have been contracted and continue to do work for many nationally known companies such as Chili’s, Longhorn Steakhouse, TGIFridays, Advanced Auto, Dairy Queen, Hardee’s, Verizon, Star Bucks and the New York Transit System.

We handle roofing maintenance for apartment and condo complexes as well as commercial businesses that enables them to just call us with any problems that arise and we take care of the problem within 24 hours in most cases.  This has proven very beneficial to many property managers.
